I apologize for my break from blogging. While you may be wondering if I took an extended summer vacation to an exotic island in Bora Bora (I wish!) no, I have instead been busily revamping Organic Janet, as well as being knocked out for a while from unpleasant dental shenanigans…Anyway, I am back and ready to announce the new and improved Organic Janet! In addition to enhanced site navigation and many back-end modifications which improve our visibility, you will find several exciting changes afoot, and more to come.

First, I’d like to introduce you to our newest addition…no, it’s not a baby, but it does feature organic baby products…The Organic Janet Store! Here, you’ll find a variety of eco-friendly home products, as well as natural make-up, organic clothing, natural supplements, and MORE! The vendors are all hand-picked affiliate partners, and I promise to never promote any product or service that does not jibe with the Organic Janet vibe. Organic Janet begins

Hello! Welcome to the very first Organic Janet blog post! Wow, this is kind of like a first date…You don’t know me, I don’t know you, and I’ve got some food stuck in my teeth.

I guess I should start by introducing myself. I’m Janet Schultz a.k.a. “Organic Janet” and I’ll be blogging about all things related to organic living and holistic healing. And please don’t let the word “holistic” throw you. This isn’t just a place for woo-woo new agey people in gauzey clothing. (Though they are welcome here too !) Holistic just means “concerned with the whole.” And holistic healing means not just paying attention to your body (what you eat, the products you use, how you exercise, your health care) but also to your mind (what you think and feel) and to your spirit (how you connect to something larger than yourself). And in my opinion (and since this is my blog, I’ll be giving it often!), you’ve got to attend to those three key elements (mind, body, and spirit) to achieve true holistic healing and happiness.
