When I first heard of Superfruits, I wondered “Do they have superpowers?” and more importantly, “If I eat them, would there be superpowers bestowed upon me?”…I was more than a little disappointed to learn that no, I wasn’t going to be able to fly, have super-human strength, or spin a web anytime soon. But, once I got over that, I realized that Superfruits really do live up to their name. Why? Because they’re densely packed with nutrients and antioxidants, and they are very good for overall health.
